About me

I'm Henry, a digital artist from Spain. I mainly focus on anthro art and I'm currently working on a visual novel. My goal is to keep improving and eventually make a living out of it.My DMs are always open, feel free to ask me anything :D

TERMS OF SERVICES

COMMISSIONS
· I can speak both English and Spanish.
· My commissions are intended only for personal use.
· Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes, AI training/datasets, or NFTs without explicit written agreement.
· You can ask me to draw your fursona or create a new one if you give me a clear description.
· If a fursona or character owned by someone else appears in the commission, ask for their permission first.
· I have the right to post the commissions on my social media and in my commission announcements, if you don't want to be mentioned in the post, let me know.
· If you don't want me to post the commission in any media, ask me (the price will change).
· I have the right to reject any order if it does not follow this TOS, or makes me uncomfortable.
· You can't commission me if you are under 18 years old.COMMUNICATION / WIP
· I use Discord / Telegram as my main chat method, you can contact me on my socials, my DMs are always open.
· You can follow the commissions process / wait list on my Trello.
· My regular working hours are Monday to Friday. I may occasionally work on weekends depending on the project, but do not expect fast replies on Saturdays or Sundays.
· You can request adjustments during the process; however, major revisions or adding new details may increase the final price.
· Approval is final per phase: Once a phase (sketch, lineart, shading...) is approved, revisions that affect that stage are generally no longer accepted.
· If a change to a previously approved phase is strictly necessary, I may accept it, but it will incur an extra fee based on the amount of additional work.
· Once the final artwork is fully completed and delivered according to the agreed terms, the commission is considered closed, and no further changes will be accepted.DEADLINES AND CLIENT INACTIVITY
· Unless a specific deadline is explicitly agreed upon in our initial conversation, there is no fixed deadline for the completion of the commission (though I will always work to finish it as soon as possible). You can track my queue and progress on my Trello.
· Client Inactivity: If I send a progress update (such as a sketch approval) and do not receive a response within 7 days, the commission will be put on hold, and I will move on to the next client in line.
· Extended inactivity (over 30 days without communication) without prior notice may result in the cancellation of the commission without a refund.PAYMENTS
· I accept payments ONLY via PayPal.
· I won't start drawing until the payment is done. (Full payment for less than 100€ commissions)
· (Only applied for +100€ commissons) Before starting drawing, you must pay at least 60% of the total price. Once I have finished the commission, you must pay the rest (and an aditional sum depending on the changes you suggested during the process).
· After having 100% of the payment, the final high-resolution artwork will be sent to your email.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
· No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Once a phase is approved, I do not offer refunds based on personal taste or style preference.
· Client Cancellations:
- Before starting: If you cancel before I start drawing, you will receive a 100% refund.
- After sketch approval: If you cancel after the sketch is approved, any payment made up to that point (including the initial 60% deposit) will NOT be refunded to cover the work and time invested.
- Near completion: If you cancel when the artwork is near completion or fully finished, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
· Artist Cancellations: If I am unable to complete your commission due to personal or technical reasons, you will receive a refund proportional to the uncompleted work, retaining only the amount corresponding to the time and progress already invested.DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
· Issuing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting me first to resolve the issue will result in:
- Immediate termination of the current commission.
- Complete revocation of all rights to use any artwork associated with the order (you may not post, share, or use any sketches, WIPs, or final versions).
- Being permanently blacklisted from future commissions, with the possibility of being reported in public artist awareness/beware lists.Thanks for reading. If any of these rules are not clear, ask me :D.
